Ok, I get it. We are fighting an uphill battle! Home life, age, kids, work, and most of all the battle within. My wife and I were both overweight and needing to do something. Where do you start? By dedicating just 30 minutes a day to yourself, getting the proper supplements, and getting your hormones in check. After that? Well now comes the hard part - consistency, not dedication consistency! Diet, exercise, and make your damn bed! Make a plan and stick to it! Make progress a lifestyle! We found a workout plan we could do 30 minutes a day and have lost a total of 68 lbs and 23 in. Showing up every day is huge and once people started saying, "Wow, you guys look great", well that kicked it into overdrive. Show up, put in the work, and put that phone down for 30 minutes a day and work on yourself! Do it for you!
